| We work with 300+ clients through rent subsidy management programs. Because of the ever changing nature of the clients, a Landlord Program is being set up.
If you are a landlord with apartments in the metro Kansas City area and are interested in renting on a voucher basis, please call (816) 482-5768 and ask for an application. We will also need as much information as possible about your rental property. We have learned from experience that the clearer we communicate in the beginning, the clearer all future transactions will be.
When your property is chosen by one of our participants, you will receive an information packet with documents to sign. There will also be a briefing by CHN's program manager, who will explain in more detail how the program works.
