Community Housing Network has built an 811-apartment complex in the Northland. Spruce Landing has a different layout from the other complexes. It has three separate buildings, with six units in each, for a total of 18 one-bedroom apartments. The staff office and community room are located in a separate building.

CHN is partnering with Tri-County Mental Health Services to provide the support services for the residents. Tri-County holds a stellar reputation in the Northland and the entire metropolitan area for the excellent level of service they provide. For example, Tri-County built a service facility adjacent to CHN's Spruce Landing. Inasmuch as most residents are clients of Tri-County Mental Health Services, the close proximity enhances the level of service delivery.

Spruce Landing is the third project for a team of exceptional professionals which includes the grant writer, the construction contractor, the architecht and the electrician to name of few. They have worked with CHN to produce quality 811 multi-family housing.
