Located in Independence, MO., it is a two-story building with 18 one-bedroom apartments and one staff office. Construction was completed in January, 2002 and the building reached full occupancy in March.

Each unit has large windows in the bedroom and living room area. The kitchens have recessed ceilings and oak cabinets. There is a community room on the first floor comfortably furnished with a television, couch, tables, and chairs. It also includes a kitchen area with appliances. Residents are able to step out onto the patio area from the community room. Laundry facilities are also provided in both the first and second floor laundry rooms.
