| Community Housing Network provides rent subsidy assistance by administering three separate voucher programs:
- The Supported Community Living (SCL) Program, which is funded by the Missouri Department of Mental Health, and
- The Shelter Plus Care Program, both of which are funded by the Missouri Department of Mental Health, and
- The Mainstream Program, which is funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
These voucher programs are rent subsidy programs for the disabled and the homeless. CHN's voucher programs primarily serve the mentally disabled. Between the two programs, CHN serves almost 300 clients or participants. Both programs have a LONG participant waiting list and both are seeking new landlords with units to rent.
