| Since CHN started out as a small, one-person agency, developing strategic partnerships has been essential for program service delivery.
When developing our yearly strategic plan, CHN looked at those agencies, businesses and/or individuals who shared an interest in accomplishing similar goals. The partnerships we created with these entities became an integral part of program planning for many years.
